The Toast Group is a leading and innovative events, function, retail café/restaurant and office catering company that has the exclusive rights for catering at several venues and access to many of Sydney’s fantastic event locations. We cater from 10 people to 3000 guests with our events tailored for each occasion. The Toast Group caters for and provides management of Cocktail Functions, Formal Dinners, Product Launches, Corporate Conferences, Wedding Receptions and Birthday Parties. In addition to event catering, we also provide an extensive drop-off / office catering service for corporate and private functions.
Toast has grown from the vision of one person, Paul Lockrey, with generations of experience in the food industry. With a career in restaurants and cafes The Toast Group has its roots at MoS Café, which Paul opened 16 years ago.
Demand from clients meant the establishment of a daily catering business and events business. A few platters of sandwiches has turned into events for over 700 people and everything in between. Understanding, providing for and exceeding our clients expectations sit at the heart of everything that Toast Food does.
The Toast Group expanded in 2009 with the addition of the onsite services at Foxtel HQ in North Ryde. 2011 has seen even more exciting times with The Toast Group acquiring Belinda Franks Catering and becoming the successful tenderer for the Audley Weir Dance Hall & Kiosk which is now the Weir Café & The Audley Room. The Audley Room upstairs will host weddings & high tea whilst The Weir Café will provide the hub of The National Parks & Wildlife Tourist Information Centre.
After winning the Best Site Caterer in the 2011 Restaurant & Catering Awards Toast Food has added News Limited to it’s site caterers portfolio.
Toast Food is a Gold Licence Caterer and a Member of the Restaurant and Catering Association.
