1) High Tea / Tea Room Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced full time Cafe Supervisor.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Cafe reporting directly to the General Manager.
Ideally, you would have worked in a similar position for at least 2-3 years or have experience at a supervisory level. Your key area of responsibilities will be:
Strong customer service focus
Hands on operator
Ability to priortise tasks
A la carte skills
Effective communicator
Can-do attitude
Basic computer skills
A great opportunity for some one who wants to learn all facets of cafe management. We are looking for someone who is willing to be hands on, also have the ability to have a great relationship with the customers.
The successful candidate must have the following
- At least 2-3 years experience in Hospitality in a similar role.
- Must be available for a variety of shifts including weekend day-times.
- Must have excellent presentation
- Must have the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Must have a current RSA certificate
2) Chefs / Cooks:
The Audley Room has a vacancy for an experienced qualified chef and cooks - Available to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
The Audley Room are now looking for a suitably experienced and motivated Qualified Chef and cooks. This is a rare opportunity for you to become involved with an expanding company, where career progression for the right candidate is guaranteed. Ideally, you will have both an a la carte and banqueting background and competency with a variety of cuisines.
To obtain this role you must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
• Have completed Cert III or IV Commerical cookery
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Leadership and people management skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• High volume a la carte experience required

3) Waitstaff:
The Audley Room is recruiting experienced wait staff to join our fun and energetic team.
To be considered for this full time position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a food and beverage attendant in a café, tea room or restaurant
• Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Attention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment environment.
• Fluent English and well groomed
• Travellers must have all relevant visa documents
• Must be based in Sydney for a minimum 12 months
• Lead by example while using your initiative.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
4) Function Supervisors:
We are currently seeking experienced full time and casual function Supervisors.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the events, primarily weddings as put together by our event managers and reporting to the General Manager.
Ideally, you would have worked in a similar position for at least 2-3 years or have experience at a supervisory level. Your key area of responsibilities will be:
•Strong customer service focus
•Hands on operator
•Wine knowledge preferable but not essential
•Ability to priortise tasks
•Event skils, banqueting, cocktail events, sit-down events
•Effective communicator
•Can-do attitude
•Basic computer skills
