Babies:
Toddlers are no charge if they are using a high chair and high chairs are complimentary.
Bookings & Payments:
a) Function Room space will only be held tentatively for fourteen days, from the date The Audley Room accepts your booking;
b) Confirmation of your booking is required in writing to The Audley Room, and a deposit payment made within fourteen days of making your booking. If a signed copy of the “Terms and Conditions” document and a deposit are not received by The Audley Room within fourteen days, all space will be released and your booking may be cancelled;
c) The initial deposit is 25% of the total owing;
d) The second deposit is a further 25% of the original total and is due 6 months prior to the event;
e) 14 clear Business Days before your function, final payment to The Audley Room is required. Services will not be provided without the final payment being received.
f) All deposits are non-refundable as they secure the venue for your function and prevent other bookings from being placed on that date.
g) Payments via credit card will attract a 2.5% surcharge.
Bump-In & Bump-Out:
3rd party suppliers including musicians, DJ, staging crew, celebrants, photographers etc are allowed in 1 hour prior to the function to set-up. The Audley Room has the right take other bookings that start or end up to one hour within your event.
Cake cutting:
Requests for 2 courses and supplied wedding cake served as dessert: The price is the same as 3 course and the wedding cake will be cut and garnished by The Audley Room chefs and served by the waitstaff.
Chairs:
White ‘Bentwood’ chairs are used as the standard chairs in the venue. Chair covers available at an extra cost.
Dance Floor:
The Audley Room has polished floorboards on the main level allowing any area on the main level to be used as a dance floor. This is included in all of the standard packages and is only an extra cost if you opt for a dance floor to be hired and placed on the top floor of The Audley Room. POA.
DJ:
DJ’s are available at an additional cost.
Decoration options:
There are numerous other decorative options available including: chair covers, votives, wishing well, centrepieces, draping. Please ask for more details.
Dietary Requirements:
The Audley Room can accommodate most special dietary requirements but do need to be given advance warning. All dietary requirements are to be provided in writing to your event planner a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.
Half Cocktail Half Sit-down:
It is possible to construct weddings with canapés on arrival with a sit-down main meal followed by dessert canapés. Ask for further details and costings.
MC:
MC’s are available at an additional cost.
Menu Selections:
All food and beverage menus and selections are subject to change up to 2 months prior to your event date.
Menu Tastings:
Complimentary menu tasting for the bride and groom is included for all weddings booked with a deposit paid at The Audley Room*.
Tastings who have not booked and paid a deposit will be required to pay for their tasting. POA. If you subsequently book your wedding the cost of the tasting will be deducted from your invoice.
Additional guests will incur a charge depending on how extensive the tasting session is.
Conditions apply to the amount different meals/canapés/wines that can be tasted including for sit-down menus a maximum of 2 dishes per course can be tasted.
Pre-dinner drinks & canapés:
30 minutes is allocated for pre-dinner drinks & canapés if they are requested. Requests for extensions of this time will be allowed but is it mandatory to pay for more canapés.
Private Bridal Room:
The Audley Room can allocate a separate bridal room. Please contact us to discuss options.
Suggested Suppliers:
The Audley Room has a wide selection of suggested suppliers that range from photography, flowers, hire cars, accommodation and wedding cakes. Contact us for more information.
Wedding Cakes:
The Audley Room does not make wedding cakes but has a referral list of preferred suppliers.

Belinda Franks Catering has a range of options including: Flowers, lighting and venue styling. Please call to discuss.
Wheelchair Access:
The Audley Room has wheelchair access to the main floor of the building.
